Max Joseph

MAX was born and raised in Solon, Ohio. Theater has been a part of his life ever since he can remember. He grew up singing around the piano at every family get-together.

Max's first experience with theater was when he signed up for Stagecrafters Youth Theatre in second grade. He played Tweedle Dum in Alice In Wonderland, and hasn't stopped since.

In high school, Max was an avid member of his high school drama club, and the show choir; Music In Motion. In his Senior year, Max was named dance captain and helped the choir take home the grand championship trophy; the first in almost a decade.

After high school, Max moved to Boston to attend The Boston Conservatory. In 2014, he graduated, and received his BFA in Musical Theater. During his senior year, he was president of an organization called BoCo Cares, which is a part of a larger group called Broadway Cares, Equity Fights AIDS. Max has truly enjoyed this experience and looking forward to volunteering at the Broadway Cares Headquarters in New York.

Max is now living in New York. He just made his Off-Broadway debut at New World Stages in the world premiere of MAD LIBS LIVE! This summer, Max was at Weathervane Theatre, and performed in six shows in alternating rep!

Aside from performing, Max is passionate about web design. He specializes in websites for students and performers. If you are interested in Max's work, check out

Max is so grateful for his incredible family, friends, and for all of his mentors over the years.

‘For my dad.’
